NRAGE is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency that powers YRU ANGRY. We support the prevention of youth violence and offer education and training to defuse anger within the academic arena. While our primary focus is youth in grades K - 12, we are not limited to providing adult services to adults that include staff development and in-service trainings, court mandated anger management classes, and helping to organize meetings where discussions on anger management can be held. Our organization is eager to contract with you to design a tailored program or service best suited for your establishment. We help you find ways to live your best life without anger.

Danny Baldwin
Danny Baldwin is the founder and key principle of YRU ANGRY. He is chairman of the board. He is a retired Airforce man, and accountant. He is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and an innovator of words. Danny considers YRU ANGRY a ministry that has turned into a movement. He wants YRU ANGRY to be words expressed and spread across the world with the hope of deterring all violent and aggressive behaviors from not only youth but all of us.
Darlene Darby Baldwin
Darlene Darby Baldwin is the Chief Strategy Officer at YRU ANGRY. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Behavioral Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. She is the administrator of residential facilities located in Cleveland Ohio. Darlene works as a Community Transitions Consultant & Residential Care Compliance Trainer and transitions mental health consumers from hospital stays and prisoners being released back into the community. She feels blessed to work with Danny Baldwin on this innovative work and believes that lives can be changed to make this world a better place.
Linda Darby Edwards
Linda Darby Edwards is our resident social worker. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio University, and a Master’s in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Linda a board member of the Consumer Operated Services (COS) center, Life Exchange Center located in Cleveland Ohio. She recently retired as a director of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, North Coast Behavior Hospital. Linda will serve YRU ANGRY in the capacity of social worker. She will work in the schools with those students who have been identified by the school’s behavioral specialist to design a plan to help students manage their anger.
Kim Bogan, MD
Dr. Bogan is licensed to practice psychiatry in the State of Ohio, and she will serve the YRU ANGRY project in the capacity as project consultant. We welcome Dr. Bogan’s knowledge and expertise as we begin this journey of healing our hearts and minds to deter violence.
Jerome Macon
Attended Morehouse College and is a graduate of Atlanta DeVry Institute Of Technology in Electronic Engineering. He joined YRU Angry in 2024.Works in corporate and has a passion for shaping the lives of young people through coaching college, high school and AAU basketball. Jerome is married to his beautiful wife Delena, and father and grandfather of four. He is also an active member of his church and lives in Cleveland, Ohio.
